“At-Large” Entry refers to the status of any delegate who enters the Miss Tourism USA National Pageant directly at the national level without first winning a Preliminary Pageant or an OFFICIAL Casting Call. The “At-Large” Entry Fee to the 2015 Miss Tourism USA Pageant is $650.00. The “At-Large” Entry Fee for Jr. Teen, Teen, Ms., and Mrs. is $400.00. Payable via PayPal, add 4% PayPal processing fee.

 

“At-Large” Entry Application Process Instructions:

1. Submit an online application through OFFICIAL Website (www.TourismUSApageant.com) or fill out a word copy of the Contestant Application [FORM1_Contestant Application_2015] and email the application to info@tourismusapageant.com. Submit 2 head shot and 2 full body shot with your application.

2. Submit your $25.00 application fee via PayPal to Info@tourismusapageant.com.

3. *Note: The $25.00 application fee will be credited to your “At-Large” Entry Fee balance and the amount will be reduced from your total balance due. For Miss, your balance due will be $625.00; for other divisions, balance due will be $375.00.  

4. When your application, photos, and $25.00 application fee is received by the Miss Tourism USA National Pageant, your application and photos will be reviewed and you will be contacted to set up an interview with our Recruitment Office.

5. A recruiter will interview you either telephonically or via skype. The interview will be about the fields in your application, general questions about you and your background, as well as your interest in the pageant. This is also your opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pageant.

6. You will receive a notification letter via email informing you if you have been approved to be a potential delegate for the Miss Tourism USA National Pageant.

7. You will have 3 business days from receiving an approved application notification letter to respond to your acceptance and submit at least a $125.00 deposit via PayPal to enter the Miss Tourism USA National Pageant.

8. You can chose to pay the entire entry fee balance upfront or to pay with installments by the installment schedule established within your approved application notification letter. If paying with installments, payments are required by the established deadlines in order to avoid cancellation of your pageant registration by the Miss Tourism USA National Pageant. Fees are non-refundable.

9. With completed payment of the “At-Large” Entry Fee, you will receive your city/state/regional title, crown, and sash. Your title will only be awarded once the “At-Large” Entry Fee is paid in full. Titles are not reserved for you during the installment period phase, and if the title you initially requested is no longer available, you will be awarded with your next available option. Titles not listed below may be requested and approval is at the discretion of the Miss Tourism USA National Pageant.
