Meet the Team

Tara Anne Szczepanski

Director, Miss Tourism USA

Tara Szczepanski is the Director of the Miss Tourism USA National Pageant which is operated and owned by RB2020, LLC, a production and event management company. Tara is the Founder and CEO of RB2020 and after representing the USA at the 2014 Miss Tourism International Pageant in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, RB2020 began producing the national USA preliminary in 2015 to select representatives for the USA at international competitions including Miss Tourism International and Miss Tourism Queen of the Year. Tara has been competing in pageantry since the age of 14, and has experience from competing in various systems including Miss America, Miss USA, Miss International, and Miss Earth. Her major titles include Miss Miami (FL MAO 2007), Miss Metropolitan (NY MAO, Top 10 2011 & Swimsuit Winner), Miss New York US International (Miss International, Top 10 2012), and Miss Earth New York (Miss Earth), and Miss Tourism USA 2014. Tara loves travel and after competing for Miss Tourism International 2014, Tara backpacked Southeast Asia for three months and visited Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, and China.

Jyoti Hardat

Director, Miss Tourism USA

Jyoti Hardat is the Director of the Miss Tourism USA National Pageant. She is a model, pageant coach, and held the Miss Tourism Guyana title in 2014. An active philanthropist, Jyoti is a champion fighter leading awareness efforts for ending domestic violence and promoting the position of women in the world.

Steven is an Aesthetic and Commercial Photgrapher based in New Jersey.With a background in Acting and Ballroom/Latin Dance,he has had the opportunity to discover and caprture the visual beauty of a variety of artistic diciplines with the help of his lens.Having Photographed in different settings from Fashion Show to Dance Competitions and showcases and a passion for artistic landscape and portrait photography.Steven has developed a unique style and perspective in his photography.His talents were used to capture the beauty and essence of all of tonight's contestants in his attempt to determine the winner of this year's Photogenic Award!
