2016 MS./MRS. DIVISION "At Large" Entry Fee: "At Large" Entry Fee to the 2016 Miss Tourism USA National Pageant. Pageant week will be July 23 to July 31. 2016. Pageant Preliminary competition is July 30th and Pageant Grand Finals is July 31, 2016. Mrs. division includes ages 21+ that are currently married. Ms. division includes women ages 21-39 that are single, may have previously been married, may have given birth to a child.
